RETURN POLICY
- Product change period is the 14 calendar days.
- Refunds on products that are on Offer are not made.
- Changes to offer products are made only with offer products.
- Returns of all products (discounted or not) in which the customer wishes to change the number or another product are made at his own expense.
- Necessary condition for the return of products is that it is done within 14 calendar days (from the day of purchase), that the original packaging is intact (with papers, labels, etc.) and that you have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Receipt, etc.).

Wrong Shipments
If the goods you received do not match the product of your order you should contact the company by phone at: +30 210 9945700 within 3 days of receipt of the product. Then you have to send it within the next 14 days.
In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.
If for any reason you wish to return the product you bought and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you should contact us by phone at: +30 210-9945700, stating the reason for the cancellation.
The request must be registered within 3 days and the shipment must be made within the next 14 days from the approval of the request.
Once the return has been made and it has been determined that the product has not been used, the company will contact you for a change.
The products and the packaging must be in excellent condition and must be accompanied by all the accompanying documents: Retail receipt and other accompanying items such as labels - insignia inside the box, etc.
PS: The sections "Socks &" Accessories "are excluded from our Change Policy, since there is no possibility of change after the end of the order for hygiene reasons.
